Located on the Wesley Woods Center campus, Budd Terrace provides its nursing home residents with access to the services at Wesley Woods Center including Wesley Woods Geriatric Hospital and the geriatric physicians in the outpatient clinic.

Where ever residents live, Budd Terrace's nursing care operates 24-hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure that patients are comfortable and continue to function at the highest level possible. Budd Terrace offers the following levels of care:

Long-term care
Sub-acute care
Hospice care
Memory care

Our long term care offers assistance in daily living activities or therapy and socialization, while our sub acute are aids in acute rehabilitation following a surgery or other hospitalization with consistent monitoring from our expert team of physicians and nurses. We also offer the highest level of service for those individuals needing end-of-life care, and individuals with memory impairment or behavioral issues.
