Online bill payment is a fast, secure, and easy way to pay your Emory Healthcare bill and view your statements. You can access your account at any time and we’ll never charge you an extra fee to pay your bills online.

Understanding Your Statements

You can pay your MyChart Patient Portal account bill online. If you receive a paper copy of your bill in the mail, follow the directions on that bill. Need help? Send a secure message in MyChart or call 404-778-7318.  


For all other statements received before and after October 1, 2022, please follow the directions on the statement for making your payment. Billing from third-party partners, like Peachtree Immediate Care, will remain the same. Some areas of Emory Healthcare, namely the Emory Proton Therapy Center, and the emergency departments at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital and Emory Decatur Hospital, will continue to send separate statements and bills.

Our Billing Process

Your bills from Emory Healthcare can arrive in many ways:

  • Mail (view a visual guide to our statements)
  • Text/SMS, which will always include a link to your MyChart patient portal
  • Direct Message within your MyChart patient portal

Emory Healthcare will never send a bill to your personal email address; all bills sent online will be delivered through your MyChart patient portal.
