Become a Patient
There are several ways to become a patient at Emory Breast Center.
For Routine Yearly Screening Mammograms –
- Physician orders are not needed for routine screening mammograms, as long as you are 40 years of age and established with a primary care or gynecology provider. Call 404-778-PINK (7465) to schedule.
For Diagnostic Breast Imaging –
- All diagnostic testing requires an order from your provider. Please have your physician complete the mammography order form (PDF 216 KB) and FAX the completed form to 404-778-3095, then CALL 404-778-PINK (7465) to schedule.
For all other breast health concerns, including a second opinion, please call 404-778-PINK (7465). Other concerns include:
- lump
- discharge
- abnormal mammogram
- being at high risk
- family history of breast cancer
Diagnosed Breast Cancer:
If you are a newly diagnosed patient seeking a second opinion or transfer of care, you can request an appointment at the Winship Cancer Institute online or call 404-778-1900 or 1-888-WINSHIP (7447).
