What to Bring to Your First Visit
Your initial visit will include an evaluation based on current symptoms or conditions and compilation of a thorough medical history. Please bring all pertinent medical records with you to your initial consultation, including X-rays and cardiac catheterization images if available, or arrange to have this documentation reviewed beforehand by calling 404-778-5040 (EUH) or 404-686-2513 (EUHM).
