What To Expect on Your First Visit

Please plan to bring your medical records with you. When you first come to see an Emory Healthcare oral maxillofacial surgeon, you will talk with the doctor about your condition. You may also meet with other members of the care team.

You can expect to discuss your:

  • Symptoms
  • Medical history
  • Other existing conditions

 

Before Your Office Visit

If possible, our surgeons prefer to review your medical records and imaging before your appointment. If you would like to arrange for your records to be sent to our office, please call 404-778-4500.

We ask that you print out and complete our pre-registration form. You can bring it with you to your appointment.
