Please read the following before attempting to pull a verification letter:
- Verification letters are produced in a web-based application, “PSV for MSOW”
- Letters generated via the PSV website will be in Adobe PDF format, which requires the requester’s workstation to have Adobe Reader installed in order to view and print the letters
