Arranging Your Stay

Reservations:

A physician’s order for admission to the Pavilion is requested for all guests. Your reservation may, on occasion, be placed on a waiting list due to unexpected delays in patient discharges. Accommodations are available to family members of patients in our intensive care unit (ICU) who are anticipating transfer to the Rollins Pavilion. However, these accommodations will be arranged based on availability. Patients and family members may be asked to relocate to a different room in order to ensure optimal nursing care for all patients who occupy the suites.

Costs:

There are additional charges not covered by insurance for Rollins Pavilion Suites. The patient is responsible for a room charge of $275 a night. This charge includes all patient amenities listed above excluding room service. Room service meals are an additional charge.
