The Emory Clinic Sleep Disorders Center is one of the country's leading diagnosis and treatment centers for all forms of sleep disorders, including insomnia, sleep apnea, simple snoring, restless legs syndrome (RLS), periodic limb movements (PLM), narcolepsy, sleep maintenance, and parasomnia.

Sleep Disorder Services
Our comprehensive services include diagnostic procedures, such as polysonogram monitoring, to detect abnormalities that disrupt sleep. We offer treatments and management for a full range of sleep disorders including medication and behavioral therapies.
The center also includes a sleep lab, where both adult and pediatric patients can be monitored for an extensive range of abnormal behaviors and treated on site.

The staff of our sleep center includes neurologists and pulmonologists specially trained in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
- David Rye, MD, PhD, who is board-certified in neurology, leads our staff of specialists trained in the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders.
- David A. Schulman, MD, board-certified in pulmonology, and Jeffrey Durmer, MD, board-certified in neurology, are the Emory Sleep Lab co-directors.
Our physician staff directors have also been certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
