Carl Heldmann DPT, MPT, MA, ATC, MTC, FAAOMPT

Carl is a staff manual physical therapist an Emory Physical Therapy. He attended Glassboro State College as an undergraduate while becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer in 1994. While working as a Head Athletic Trainer in the collegiate ranks, he completed his master's degree in education in 1997 from Rowan University. Carl then spent three years as a Staff Athletic Trainer with the Philadelphia Phillies. He returned to school and completed his master's in physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2002. Prior to returning to school, he completed a volunteer Athletic Training rotation at the US Olympic Training Center in California. He then went on to complete his doctoral manual therapy fellowship. He became an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor in 2004. Upon completion of fellowship, he received his Manual Therapy Certification in 2005 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006 from the University of St. Augustine. He was recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2006.
