Christin R. Chamberlain, MA, ATC, LAT, OTC
 Christin is a former graduate of the Emory Athletic Training Fellowship. She hails from the Sunshine State, receiving her bachelor's degree from Florida State University in Athletic Training. Also, Christin holds a master's degree in Sports Medicine from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. While a Tarheel, she completed a master's thesis comparing the lower extremity biomechanics of female collegiate athletes during a jump-landing. The focus of her research was to further evaluate ACL injury in female athletes. Her manuscript is being revised for publication.
Currently, Christin is working at Grady Memorial Hospital (Atlanta, GA) in the Orthopaedics department with Scott Kimmerly, MD. They have begun a Sports Medicine Clinic at the hospital. Christin's responsibilities include seeing patients in clinic, taking histories and performing physical exams, casting, splinting and bracing. Also, she serves as an operating room assistant for Dr. Kimmerly. It is a goal of the Sports Medicine Clinic to expand the limit resources available to under served populations in the Atlanta Metro Area. Christin has been a rotational ATC for US Soccer Federation national and development teams during her fellowship.
