David Pasion, MPT
David Pasion is a staff physical therapist for Emory Physical Therapy. An Ohio native, Dave completed his bachelor's degree from Purdue University and his master's degree at Emory University in 1999. Dave took a one-year break during the 2000-01 season, and moved to Durango, Colorado, to practice physical therapy and ski. Dave joined the Emory staff in 2001 and focuses on the health and care of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Currently, Dave is pursuing his manual therapist certification as well as a transitional doctorate of Physical Therapy. A certified coach of USA Cycling, Dave is an avid cyclist as well as a participant in multisport races. He also worked with the Tour de Georgia cycling races in 2005 and 2006. Dave will soon be a certified Pilates instructor and will incorporate that training with his work in sports and spine rehabilitation.
