A toll-free information and referral service offering free stroke support information to stroke survivors, caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals. Many of the stroke support specialists responding to the calls are stroke survivors or caregivers themselves.

Offers mutual support, educational, social, and recreational programs and activities to people who have experienced strokes, their families, and their friends.

- CHASA (Children's Hemiplegia and Stroke Association)
Provides support and information for families of children who are diagnosed with hemiplegia or have had a pediatric stroke. Local support group information available.
