As part of our ongoing mission to provide the best possible weight-loss and weight-management experience, The Emory Bariatric Center has implemented Exemplo Medical's Bariatric Database, a state-of-the-art information technology resource that includes the Exemplo Medical Patient Portal. Once logged into the portal, our patients can access electronic journals designed by doctors and clinical staff to initiate and maintain healthy lifestyle changes. Patients will be able to track their weight, food intake, exercise, moods, sleep quality, co-morbidities, and more, as well as communicate with the center's team via a secure messaging system.
