Race Numbers

All EHC employees who registered through Emory Healthcare for the Peachtree Road Race should have received their race packet from the Atlanta Track Club by now. If you have not received your race packet please call the Atlanta Track Club at (404) 231-9064 ext18. You will then be given further instructions.

Peachtree Road Race Expo

Get a jump on the excitement of the Peachtree Road Race by attending the 2008 Peachtree Road Race Expo, Wednesday and Thursday, July 2-3, at the InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead. There will be three separate ballrooms to explore, filled with goods and services designed just for runners. In addition to showcasing virtually every major running shoe manufacturer, other exhibits will feature experts in health and nutrition, training aids, food, and miles of official Peachtree Road Race memorabilia.

Raceday Parking

All Emory employees running in the Peachtree Road Race are welcome to park at the Emory Crawford Long Hospital visitor’s deck. Parking will be complimentary as long as you are able to show employee badge upon exit. The parking deck will open at 4:00 a.m. race day morning. Participants can then use near by MARTA station (Civic Center station) to Peachtree Road Race starting line at Lenox. After the race, Emory participants can visit the Emory Hospitality tent and then walk the short two blocks back to the parking deck.

Emory Hospitality Tent

Join us at the Emory hospitality tent after the race for refreshments and to meet and speak with Dr. Fred Sanfilippo, EVP of Health Sciences, Woodruff Health Sciences Center. Please note that due to this year’s new finish line, the Emory Hospitality tent is located in the Civic Center parking lot. View an area map with the tent location. So make sure to come and see us after you finish!
