All regular full-time and part-time employees of Emory University and Emory Healthcare may participate in the Employee Referral Program. This includes physicians, residents (Emory School of Medicine), PRN employees and leadership.
A hiring official, physician, professional leader, senior leader or executive leader is not eligible to receive a bonus for referring a candidate in his/her area of responsibility. Senior leader or executive leader referrals are capped at $500.
Emory University Human Resources Employment staff and Emory Healthcare Human Resources staff are not eligible to participate in this program.
Previous Emory employees, contract temporary agency employees (except travel nurses) and student employees are not eligible to be referred in the program.
To receive credit for the referral, the applicant must enter your name when applying online.
All candidates must be employed in the position at least 90 days before the referral bonus will be paid. Candidates in the $2,000 category must be employed in the position at least six (6) months before the referral bonus will be paid.
