$250 for every hired referral. $500 for some positions. $2,000 for others.
All positions are included in the Employee Referral Program. For most positions, the referral bonus is $250 (before applicable taxes) for each qualified referral who is hired and remains in the position for at least ninety (90) days. (Candidates in the $2,000 category must be employed at least six (6) months before the referral bonus will be paid.)
The referral bonus is $500 (before applicable taxes) if the candidate is hired for one of the following positions and remains in the position for at least ninety (90) days.
- Audiologist
- Cardiovascular Lab Specialist
- Clinical Nutritionist
- Cytotechnologist
- Medical Records Coder (Certified)
- Medical Technologist
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Pharmacy Technician
- Radiology Technologist
- Registered Nurse I
- Rehab Therapy Technician
- Research Nurse
- Staff Nurse (Physician practice)
- Surgical Technician (All levels)
- Therapist (Activity, Primary, Recreation, Respiratory)
The referral bonus is $2,000 (before applicable taxes) if the candidate is hired for one of the following positions and remains in the position for at least six (6) months.
