Ophthalmic Pathology

Our ophthalmic pathologist provides analysis and diagnosis of eye tissue samples sent to him from ophthalmologists across the Southeast. If cancer is discovered, a multidisciplinary team of ophthalmologists and Emory oncologists can provide treatment and follow-up care. Our ophthalmic pathologist also is conducting laboratory research on treating ocular melanoma.
