This is a simple and direct approach for the correction of sagging neck skin and jaw-line laxity. The operation removes the extra skin of the neck in the midline and tightens the neck muscles to give dramatic improvements to the neck contour with minimum down time. Due to the resultant scar, which is very minimal, this operation is most appropriate for men or women over the age of 65 with very loose neck skin who are either unwilling or unable to have a traditional face-lift operation.
