"One of the greatest gifts that any individual can receive is a second chance. I was given another opportunity to begin my life by Dr. Seth Yellin. On July 3, 2004, I contracted a resistant staphylococcus infection that resulted in the collapse of my nasal sidewall and caused severe septal deviation. "Dear Dr. Yellin,  I just wanted to thank you for giving me the nose that I have always wanted. I absolutely LOVE my new nose and although it has only been a few months, have become completely used to it and feel like it is the nose I have always had.
