Heart Failure Therapy Team

Our Heart Failure Therapy and Transplantation Team is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art evaluation and therapy for adult patients in various stages of congestive heart failure. Those with advanced symptoms will be evaluated for cardiac transplantation or investigational drug therapy. Our focus is the education of our patients and their families to become full participants in their own home care, improve their quality of life and subsequently reduce the need for repeated, long hospital stays.
