Physicians and Staff

	Gregory Esper, MD, (Director of General Neurology and Medical Director of Neurology) is board certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and electrodiagnostic medicine. His clinical interests are broad and include headache, multiple sclerosis, neurosarcoidosis, and neuromuscular disease.  His clinical and research interests include improving the quality and safety of neurological care delivery.
	Neil Lava, MD, is board certified in neurology and electrodiagnostic medicine. He specializes in the care of multiple sclerosis. His clinical and research interests include immunological treatment of multiple sclerosis.
	Valencia Hawthorne, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and sees the majority of our patients in follow up. She is an integral member of our team and has developed particular expertise in the continued management of headaches of all types as well as multiple sclerosis.
