The Emory Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics provides a complete range of services from early adolescence to the post-menopausal years. Comprised of five clinical divisions, our services are briefly summarized below.  For more detailed information about each service, please click on the appropriate link.

  • General Gynecology & Obstetrics
    Provides general gynecological and obstetrical care for women of all ages including all dimensions of pregnancy and prenatal care, as well as preventative women's health education and management.
  • Gynecology Specialties
    Offers a complete range of services including adolescent gynecology, menopause, urogynecology (the management of urinary and pelvic floor dysfunctions) and complex gynecologic surgery for disorders ranging from the management of anatomical irregularities to the management of fibroids and chronic pelvic pain.

  • Gynecologic Oncology
    Specialized care for the diagnosis and treatment of female cancers including, cervical and ovarian cancer, diseases of the vulvar, and all forms of surgeries for gynecologic malignancies and pre-invasive legions.

  • Reproductive Medicine and Infertility
    Boasting a pregnancy success rate that exceeds the national average, the Emory Reproductive Center provides a full range of infertility services including in vitro fertilization (IVF), diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic and medical endocrinology conditions and a state-of-the-art in vitro fertilization lab.

  • Maternal-Fetal Medicine
    Provides consultative diagnosis and treatment for high risk pregnancies with special expertise in obstetrical ultrasound, early diagnosis of fetal chromosomal abnormalities and pregnancy complicated by diabetes.
