The Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia, provides a variety of oral surgery procedures for adult and pediatric patients, including:

Division surgeons have a wide range of experience, interests and specialties:

graphic arrow Division chief Dr. Steven Roser's numerous specialties include cleft lip and cleft palate surgery, laser surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction, facial plastic surgery, maxil mandibular advancement and treating sleep apnea, head and neck cancer, tongue malignancies and trigeminal neuralgia.
graphic arrow Dr. Gary Bouloux's areas of expertise include the pathophysiology and surgical management of TMJ pain and dysfunction and treating mandibular fractures with small bone plates.
graphic arrow Dr. Sam Farish directs the oral and maxillofacial surgery program at the Atlanta VA Medical Center and specializes in implantology, maxillofacial trauma, maxillofacial reconstruction and oral pathology.

His clinical specialties are maxillofacial trauma, oral and maxillofacial reconstruction, dentoalveolar surgery and dental implants. His research interests include evaluating clinical outcomes and new techniques in treating maxillofacial trauma.
