The information you share will help us learn how we can further improve the quality of our care.
Under the direction of Brooke Kamke, Manager of Patient Relations, The Emory Clinic Department of Patient Relations includes the Office of Patient & Guest Services and our team of Clinic Ambassadors.
- Clinic Ambassadors are on site and are available to assist you with any questions, needs, or concerns you may have about your visit to The Emory Clinic.
- Patient Services responds to concerns relating to medical care and service within The Emory Clinic regarding patients or families in accordance with standard procedures.
- Guest & Transportation Services are available in Buildings A & B at 1365 Clifton Road to assist you.
- Patient/Visitor Guide will provide you with information to help guide you through your visit with The Emory Clinic.
