Wesley Woods Geriatric Hospital offers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation therapy and can arrange for van pickup within a 10-mile radius. Inpatient rehabilitation therapy is offered within four different settings of the facility: the Rehabilitation Unit, Medical Unit, Inpatient Psychiatry Units and Long Term Hospital. These programs provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary, patient-focused services to a geriatric population using a combination of individual and group treatment.
