NCI Cancer Center Designation Renewal: Winship Is "Outstanding"
The first and only NCI-designated cancer center in the state of Georgia, the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University has been rated “Outstanding” by the National Cancer Institute as the NCI renewed Winship’s designation as an NCI-Designated Cancer Center for five years.

News From the Adult Congenital Heart Center
The Emory Adult Congenital Heart (EACH) Center has been selected as one of five centers in the country to participate in a collaborative academic-community education program aimed at improving options for the growing community of people living with congenital heart defects. In addition, the Adult Congential Heart Center's Medical Director, Wendy Book, MD has been asked to serve on the the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) Expert Panel on Adults With Congenital Heart Disease.
