Arranging Treatment for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Emory University Hospital Midtown has specially trained hyperbaric medicine physicians on call 24 hours a day for consultation and to administer emergency treatment. Patients should remain under the primary care of their referring physician during treatment. However, our physicians can help provide wound care and consultation during the treatment process. Attending physicians can refer patients and arrange consultations by calling 404-686-2288.
Insurance Coverage
Medicare and most health plans cover hyperbaric oxygen therapy for indicated conditions.
