Announcing MyEmory Healthcare: Give to Your Passion!

MyEHCMyEmory Healthcare is a unique program that makes the most of the giving spirit that already exists at Emory Healthcare. In fact, it is directly tied to the "Our Community" Employer Commitment in which you asked us to provide opportunities to serve our community. This employee giving program is just such an opportunity for you to make a difference with a donation to your choice of more than 40 EHC program and service areas.

Today, your gift is more important than ever; our patients, their families and our co-workers are facing extraordinary challenges. All donations are important. In fact, a $5 donation to the Winship Patient Assistance Fund - one of the MyEmory Healthcare funds - could be the difference between a patient funding transportation to a doctor's appointment or having to skip it.

For employees who already make financial contributions to Emory Healthcare or Emory University - through the Employee Hardship Donation Program or other ways - thank you. We hope, through MyEmory Healthcare, many more co-workers will join in and give to their passion.

Here's how it works:

  • Giving is easy! Go online to make an ongoing payroll deduction or a one-time lump sum gift. Log into e-Vantage and select "MyEmory Healthcare" from the self-service menu.
  • You can honor or remember a loved one with your contribution.
  • 100 percent of your donation goes directly to the EHC fund(s) you choose.

You'll be hearing a lot more about MyEmory Healthcare. You can also learn more about the program on the MyEmory Healthcare Web site on www.ourehc.org. Give and you will join a community of donors (and we thank all of our donors!) who give because they believe in what we all do every day to care for patients, families and each other.

  Play Softball!

Thankfully, with the advent of new medical advancements every day, we are living longer. Obviously, this is cause to celebrate. In the same regard, though, this means that geriatric care is more important than ever before, as we strive to provide innovative, as well as respectful, care for our aging population.
