Emory Healthcare's retirement packages are designed to take you to a higher level of future compensation. In addition to offering an outstanding savings/matching plan, we reward your years of experience with us with an updated version of the old-fashioned pension plan.     

Retirement Savings/Matching Plan 
The Retirement Savings/Matching Plan allows you to make before-tax contributions to the plan, up to the annual IRS limit. Emory Healthcare matches the contributions of employees over 21 years of age with one year of completed service 50 cents on the dollar up to 4 percent of eligible pay. At Emory Healthcare, you are immediately vested in your contributions. 

Retirement Pension Plan
The Retirement Pension Plan provides a level of income entirely funded by Emory Healthcare that starts at retirement and continues for the remainder of your life or for the remainder of your beneficiary's life. The pension benefit is based on your annual pay and service with Emory Healthcare and you'll be 100 percent vested after five years of service.
