Emory Clinic Operations Development Program

Emory Clinic's Operations Development Program will provide participants with a range of experiences focused on enhancing the efficiency of Emory Clinic’s business operations during an 18-month period.  This program is designed to build a participant’s business knowledge of operations in an academic faculty practice.

Program Description
With direction from leadership, participants will implement solutions to process issues related to patient financial services, clinical operations & patient access. Participants will play critical roles on project teams for targeted business initiatives while deepening their understanding of operations within a leading academic medical center. Before completion of the program, participants are expected to master essential skills & competencies that will equip them for mid-level leadership positions within Emory Clinic.  Participants have the opportunity to participate in continuing professional development activities.

Who should apply
Targeted candidates are Bachelors-prepared with a demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry.  Candidates with explicit examples of results-focused project work and strong communication skills are well-suited for this position.

Interview process: Mid-January – Late February.
