Emory Executive Health provides a dedicated, professional staff who work only with individuals enrolled in the program. When you make an appointment, we will schedule your physical and all your screening tests to fit your schedule. Our physicians, all board-certified in Internal Medicine and faculty of the Emory University School of Medicine, tailor your physical exam and diagnostic tests to fit your age, gender, family history and medical condition.

Comprehensive history & physical exam:
includes 1 hour with physician and post physical summation with lab results
- Medical history review
- Family health risks review
- Electrocardiogram (EKG)
- Complete laboratory analysis, including:
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Lipid panel (Total, HDL, LDL, cholesterol & triglyerides)
- hs-CRP (high sensitivity C-reactive protein), a general measure of inflammation (can be associated with a risk of coronary disease)
- Blood sugar
- Liver function
- Kidney function
- Electrolytes
- Thyroid function (TSH)
- Urinalysis
- Uric Acid
- Ferritin
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin B12
- Wellness Coaching: Behavior modification includes:
- Preventive and lifestyle management
- Cardiac risk reduction
- Nutrition counseling

The total cost of the Comprehensive Executive Physical examination is: $1,544

All physicals are billed directly to your company or paid at the time of service. Emory Executive Health does not file with insurance carriers.

Depending on your age, gender and medical condition, your Emory Executive Health physician recommends the following tests to screen for certain illnesses/diseases:
- PSA (males age 40 and above) - $136
- Pelvic exam and Annual Pap Smear with HPV - $167
- Front and lateral Chest X-ray (every 2 years) - $105
- Colonoscopy (age 50 + every 7 years thereafter) - $2,400 (only test that may be filed through insurance)
- CT Heart – cardiac scoring (at age 45 men; age 50 women, repeat in 5 years) - $150
- Exercise Treadmill Test (at age 40 and every 2 years thereafter) - $455
- Mammogram (annual screenings after age 40) – $246
- Bone Density (for women at age 50; every two years thereafter) - $315
- Hgb a1c & Urine Albumin Screen for diabetics - $121
- Vaccines as needed – prices fluctuate depending on availability.
Emory Executive Health offers a variety of optional tests and services to meet your health needs:
Advanced Preventative Cardiology Package - $767
- Abdominal Ultrasound (screen for aortic aneurysm) - $420 if single test
- Carotid Doppler (detect stroke warning signs) - $203 if single test
- Ankle Brachial Index (measure peripheral vascular disease) - $143 if single test
Advanced Exercise Prescription - $75
