Our pediatric ophthalmology department offers comprehensive eye care services for children, ranging from general eye care, refractive exams, prescriptive lenses to testing, diagnosis and treatment of the most complex eye diseases.
Our pediatric ophthalmologists treat children who have cataracts, glaucoma, strabismus (crossed eyes), ptosis (drooping eyelid), retinoblastoma (a cancer of the retina), and vision errors such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. When appropriate, they refer patients to the care of retina, cornea, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, ocular oncology, and oculoplastic specialists.
