Chris Bergstrom, MD

Chris Bergstrom, MD, is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at the Emory Eye Center, is a faculty member of the Emory School of Medicine and serves as a physician at Winship Cancer Institute.  He began practicing at Emory in 2005.

A vitreoretinal surgery and diseases (retina) specialist, he treats all diseases of the retina. As a member of the Emory Eye Center Ocular Oncology/Pathology team he brings particular expertise to ocular tumors, evaluating adult tumors that occur inside the eye.

National Recognition

Bergstrom is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds memberships in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, the Discovery and Developmental Therapeutics Research Program and the Eye Cancer Network.
