Cheek Bone Enhancement
Much like chin correction surgery, cheek bone enhancement is often performed to achieve balance among the facial features and may accompany other procedures, such as rhinoplasty. Generally, healthy individuals make good candidates for cheek bone enhancement. A small incision is made inside the mouth, above the upper lip, and an implant is inserted through the incision and worked into place on or below the cheekbone. Implants are usually silicone and come in various shapes and sizes to fit individual preference.
