Emory Family Medicine Referrals
Our specialists referrals are handled by our Referrals Department. Your Physician will fill a referral form and give it to the Referrals Department. They will then give you contact information for the requested specialist based on your insurance and residing location.
This service has been specially designed to help our patients through the referrals process. Our goal is to send you to a specialist who accepts your insurance and is close to your location. If you have a particular specialist you would like to visit, please give the name and contact information to your Physician at the time of your appointment.
