Continence Program Patient Referrals
For senior patients who experience continence issues, the Wesley Woods Center Continence Program is staffed by highly skilled geriatric health care specialists with experience treating bladder problems experienced by many elder adults.
The Continence Program provides patient and family education and coordinates treatment plans for our senior patients. Appointments can be made through a referral from a physician* or other health care provider or by individuals and their families.
