Become a Nursing Home Resident

Both long-term care and sub-acute care are offered at the Budd Terrace nursing home. Long-term care offers assistance in daily living activities and socialization while sub-acute care aids in rehabilitation following patient surgery or hospitalization. Sub-acute care provides constant monitoring from our team of geriatric physicians and nurses.

We also offer the highest level of service for those individuals needing end-of-life care, and individuals with memory impairment or behavioral issues.

Individuals should ask their physician or hospital discharge planner to fax recent medical records to the Admissions Office at 404-728-6285 or call 404-728-6500 for more information. If the patient has not been seen by a physician within the past 30 days, it may be necessary to arrange a more recent appointment before admission.

After Budd Terrace staff and physicians have reviewed your medical records/your family member’s medical records and application, an admissions representative will call with a recommendation and, if the application was successful, a date and time when the new resident can be admitted to the nursing home.
