Pea Salad

This is a simple, quick recipe that can be used as a side dish.

Yield: 4 servings


Place ingredients in a small bowl. Mix and place in the refrigerator.


  • 1 can of sweet peas
  • 1 ½ tbsp. of mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp. of sweet relish (or more; flavor to taste)
  • Diced onions – add to your liking
  • ½ tsp. of ketchup
