The Emory Heart & Vascular Center at Johns Creek is committed to providing comprehensive evaluation and management services for patients with known or suspected cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease. Nurse Practitioner

Jennifer Graham, FNP-BCJennifer Graham, FNP – BC is a Cardiac/Vascular Nurse Practitioner who supports Emory Cardiologist Greg Robertson, MD. Jennifer has more than eight years of clinical experience.

Jennifer Graham’s primary classification is Nurse Practitioner in the field of Physician Assistants & Advanced Practice Nursing with specialization in cardiac and vascular care. Prior to her position at the Emory Heart & Vascular Center at Johns Creek, she worked as a charge nurse in the coronary care unit at Emory University Hospital Midtown. Jennifer is board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing from Medical College of Georgia.
