1. Do you have high blood pressure or have you ever had a stroke or heart attack?
2. Do you have diabetes?
3. Do you have a family history (immediate family) of heart disease?
4. Do you have pain in your toes or feet at night?
5. Do you smoke?
6. Do you lead an inactive lifestyle?
7. Do you have any sores on your feet or legs that heal slowly?
8. Do you have pain in your legs when you walk or exercise?

Because you answered "no" to the majority of these questions, you may not have PAD. If you are concerned about your risk for PAD, please contact Emory HealthConnection℠ at 404-778-7777 to schedule an appointment with one of Emory’s PAD specialists. If you opt against scheduling an appointment we recommend you monitor your symptoms and if they become worse call for an immediate physical evaluation.
