And because they work within particular specialties — and even subspecialties — their training and exposure to specific diseases and conditions are unmatched.
Our goal is to work with you on a collaborative basis to provide the most appropriate treatment for your patients. If you have a patient who has recently received a diagnosis or requires further testing, you can refer them to an Emory interventional radiologist quickly and easily by calling the Emory Physician Consult Line at 404-712-7033 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The following information is required for referral:
• Patient's name, address and telephone number
• Patient's date of birth
• Patient's social security number
• Diagnosis and date of diagnosis, if any
• Prior treatment, if any
• Insurance information
