New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. Please bring your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment. Specialist referrals are available through our clinic location. Our primary care clinic in Milton is also conveniently located near major hospitals and specialists.

Lenus S. Louis, MD
Dr. Louis received his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna, Sri-Lanka, in 1989. He completed his last and and final year's MBBS with honors. Dr.Louis completed his Internal Medicine residency at Coney Island Hospital in New York in 1999. Dr Louis’ extensive training has qualified him to diagnose severe, chronic illnesses and situations where several different illnesses may strike at the same time. He also helps patients understand preventive medicines, men's and women's health, substance abuse, mental health, as well as effective treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous system and reproductive organs.
Dr.Louis has practiced for the last 9 years in the specialty of Internal Medicine in Suwanee, Lawrenceville and Duluth in Gwinnett County. Dr.Louis is pleased to be providing Primary Care at Emory Johns Creek Physicians. Dr Louis is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is on Staff at Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Louis provides care for adolescents (aged 12 and older), adults and seniors and welcomes new patients. He has a special interest in preventive medicine and management of chronic medical illnesses.

Savitha Shama, MD
Dr. Shama has been providing superior medical care to the North Atlanta Metro Area for the past 10 years. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is on Staff at Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
Dr. Shama's philosophy in practicing medicine is a holistic approach towards patient care. Her training and experience in Internal Medicine is both broad and deep equipping her to treat patients where several different illnesses may strike at the same time. She strives to bring a sense of well being to patients through disease prevention and promotion of health via women's health, male wellness, mental health, substance abuse prevention & management as well as effective treatment of common medical problems. Dr. Shama is known as a compassionate physician who builds trust with her patients by providing sound medical guidance and coordination of patient care. She maintains her high standards of care by continually updating her knowledge in many areas. These areas include but are not limited to diseases of the heart and blood vessels, diabetes, cancer, digestive diseases, hormonal disorders, infections, kidney disease, respiratory disorders, allergies, blood diseases and arthritis - from adolescence (aged 14 and older) to the elderly.
She actively participates in various community health activities and initiatives providing care for the under privileged. She likes spending time with family and friends, loves food, cooking and entertaining. Hobbies include biking, hiking and nature walks. She lives in Johns Creek with her husband and two children.
