The Road to Emory

  • Dr. Roberson received his medical degree from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, in 1977.
  • He did his internship at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta in 1978.
  • He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta in 1982.
  • He completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, in 1983.
  • Dr. Roberson started practicing at Emory in 1982.
  • He was appointed Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics in May 2002.
