Jason Higdon, MD

Dr. Higdon

Jason Higdon is a Board Certified Internist who joined The Emory Clinic as a Primary Care Physician in 2010. He is devoted to high quality and personalized primary care. He is also dedicated to medical education within the Emory University School of Medicine, teaching both medical students and internal medicine residents. Dr. Higdon is originally from the Memphis, Tennessee area and graduated from Christian Brothers University with a degree in Biology. He moved to Atlanta to attend medical school at Emory, which he finished in 2007 and then stayed at Emory to complete an Internal Medicine residency. He spends his free time with friends and enjoying the outdoors.

Jennifer Zreloff, MD

Jennifer Zreloff joined The Emory Clinic in 2000. Since that time she has been an active Primary Care Provider with special interests in prevention and women’s health. She has also been an active teacher in Emory’s medical school and residency program. Dr. Zreloff began her education at the Georgia Institute of Technology where she majored in Chemical Engineering. She graduated from University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1997 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2000. She is married with two daughters and enjoys cooking in her spare time.

LaJuana Jones, LPN

LaJuana Jones

LaJuana has worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 25 years. She received her degree from Pensacola Jr. College in Pensacola, Florida where she is originally from. She joined The Emory Clinic in 1998, originally working for Internal Medicine Emory Clinic North. As far as she can remember LaJuana always wanted to be a nurse. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Janine Freeman, RDN, LD, CDE, CDTC

Janine Freeman is a nutritionist and diabetes educator who received her degree from Iowa State University. She has experience working primarily in clinical practice with endocrinologists and internists in the Atlanta area. She also served as a diabetes nutrition specialist at the University of GA Extension. Janine joined The Emory Clinic in May 2013. Janine is active in her professional organizations including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Association of Diabetes Educators, and the American Diabetes Association. She is an active proponent of healthy eating and physical activity and enjoys helping people attain their lifestyle goals. Janine enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and spending time with her family, including her dog.
