The Mission of the Clinic Ambassadors is to represent The Emory Clinic at all times, taking pride in serving our patients with the highest level of customer service.
Clinic Ambassadors are available to assist patients and family members with any questions, needs, or concerns you may have about your visit to The Emory Clinic.
Clinic Ambassadors can assist you with the following:
- Address questions, concerns, or complaints regarding your healthcare experience
- Assist you in exercising your health care rights
- Bridge the gap where you feel your expectations have not been met
It is our hope that through these efforts you and your family will have a positive experience at The Emory Clinic.
Where can I find a Clinic Ambassador?
Clinic Ambassadors are located throughout The Emory Clinic. If at any time you feel that you need assistance with your care at The Emory Clinic, contact the Clinic Ambassador assigned to the department where you and/or your family are being treated.
