Dr. Culbertson is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an Associate Professor within the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals for over twenty-five years.
Dr. Culbertson is a member of multiple national societies and is currently Chief of Plastic Surgery at Emory University Hospital Midtown. He has contributed to numerous publications, textbooks and lectured nationally and internationally. He has travelled to the Navaho reservation for many years to provide instruction and perform surgery. His surgical interests include cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, facial plastics, maxillofacial, hand, pediatric and microvascular surgery and body contouring.
