Cape Cod Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • Two containers of fruit-at-the-bottom yogurt (strawberry is good)
  • One Granny Smith apple, diced
  • ½ cup walnut pieces
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup grapes (green seedless cut in half)
  • Pint of blueberries

Method:

Mix up and serve as a side to chicken, pork or fish dishes. Flavor improves overnight.

Yield:  Six ½ cup servings
