Cape Cod Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- Two containers of fruit-at-the-bottom yogurt (strawberry is good)
- One Granny Smith apple, diced
- ½ cup walnut pieces
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup grapes (green seedless cut in half)
- Pint of blueberries
Method:
Mix up and serve as a side to chicken, pork or fish dishes. Flavor improves overnight.
Yield: Six ½ cup servings
