Tofu Soup
Ingredients:
- 4, 14-oz. cans of low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 packages of frozen, chopped spinach
- 2 packages of firm tofu, cut into cubes
- Salt-free seasoning blend to taste
Method:
Combine all of the above into a large pot; bring to a rolling boil. Serve and enjoy.
