Tofu Soup

tofu soup

Ingredients:

  • 4, 14-oz. cans of low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 packages of frozen, chopped spinach
  • 2 packages of firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • Salt-free seasoning blend to taste

Method:

Combine all of the above into a large pot; bring to a rolling boil. Serve and enjoy.
