Zesty Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup nonfat buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

Method:

Combine yogurt and buttermilk in blender or food processor and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Yield: 1 cup
