Schedule an Appointment
To see a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Emory, call 404-686-8143 for an appointment. Make sure you have the following information on hand so you can easily answer all of the questions we will ask:
- Referral from the primary care physician (if surgery is medically necessary)
- The treating physician's name, address and telephone number
- The patient's name, address, telephone number, date of birth and social security number
- Diagnosis and date of diagnosis
- Insurance information or payment option details (for procedures not covered by insurance)
Please note: If you will be requesting a procedure that is not covered by insurance, we will direct you to the Emory Aesthetic Surgery Center.
